E-signing offer letters at $0 per envelope

Third-party e-sign vendors bill per envelope — and that adds up fast. Recroid seals offer letters natively with PAdES, so signing costs nothing extra.

The last step of a hire — sending and signing the offer letter — is where a lot of teams quietly hand money to a third party. E-signature vendors bill per envelope, and at hiring volume that line item grows every quarter. Worse, the offer leaves your system to get signed in theirs, so the "source of truth" for your most sensitive document lives somewhere you don't control.

Signing, built into the platform

Recroid generates, routes, approves, and signs offer letters in-platform. No envelope fee, no separate account, no bouncing the candidate to a vendor's branded page. The offer is created from the same candidate profile the recruiter already worked, and the signed PDF lands back in the same pipeline.

Cryptographically real, not a picture of a signature

"E-sign" too often means pasting an image of a signature onto a PDF. Recroid uses PAdES — PDF Advanced Electronic Signatures — the same standard behind legally recognized digital signatures. Each signed document is hashed (SHA-256) and sealed so that any later tampering is detectable.

Native, standards-based sealing means $0 per envelope on every plan — including the forever-free jobseeker tier. Signing an offer costs nothing extra, ever.

Why it matters that it's in-tenant

  • Data control. The offer never leaves your tenant to get signed. Candidate PII stays inside your org's row-level-secured boundary.
  • Audit trail. Who generated the offer, who approved it, and when it was signed all live on the same record — not split across an ATS and an e-sign vendor's dashboard.
  • Speed. The candidate signs where they already are. Fewer clicks, fewer drop-offs at the finish line.

The closed loop

Offer and e-sign is the last stage of the same pipeline that screened and assessed the candidate. First signal to signed offer, one surface, zero envelope fees.
