Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Manager Digital Project (Finance Transformation Manager - ITP) to join our COE-Accountable Reporting - Global Finance Services Division The preference for this role is to be based out of Whitefield, Bangalore-KA , India What you will do: As an integral part of the Continuous Improvement (CI) Center of Excellence, specifically focused on standardization, optimization and digitalization, the candidate will support the execution of our continuous improvement framework within the Global business service scope, with focus, but not exclusively, on the Invoice-to-Pay processes (ITP) Responsibilities may include, but are limited to: Drive continuous improvement activities including mapping current and future process maps, driving corrective actions, and developing, tracking, and measuring qualitative and quantitative results. Drive a culture of innovation, simplification and continuous improvement through best practice sharing, advocacy, and hands-on leadership. Partner with senior leadership, understand business goals, analyze opportunities, and develop improvement plans for various workflows/systems and technologies. Build roadmaps that support the tactical execution of key continuous improvement initiatives across stakeholder teams. Ensure consistent application of continuous improvement tools, methodologies, and best practices to accelerate improvements at scale. Identifies and engage subject matter experts in support of multi-functional efforts in continuous improvement. What you will have: Preferred previous consultancy experience (2-3 years)/overall experience 6 to 10 years Knowledge of best practices in invoice processing, supplier inquiry & helpdesk design, remittance advice issuance, vendor inquiries and dispute management Knowledge and understanding of the mechanics in the ITP process stream and how these fit into the end-to-end financial process environment. Project Management skills People leadership/management experience Diagnostic capabilities to identify improvement opportunities Ability to work effectively across a matrix environment and navigate without a formal authority to deliver on business results MSc/MBA in a scientific or business discipline Accounting certification or an equivalent combination of related experience Working knowledge of financial systems (SAP, QAD, etc) and ITP specific tools (e.g. OCR, Supplier Portals, Invoice Workflow tools) This position requires candidate to work a 5-day -a -week schedule in the office. Level Extensive Experience: • Justifies varying and appropriate levels of scrutiny for differently experienced team members. • Advises on the selection of tools and techniques used for monitoring progress and presenting reports to stakeholders. • Communicates with managerial, technical and business stakeholders on progress reporting. • Controls multiple IT projects: monitoring progress, probing and repairing delays. • Consolidates the progress of many IT projects into a single progress report. • Consults on the principles of Earned Value Analysis across multiple IT projects. IT Project Management: Knowledge of project management; ability to plan, organize, monitor and control IT projects using appropriate technical resources. Level Extensive Experience: • Controls quality standards and budgeting in an ongoing IT project. • Estimates and appropriately addresses potential issues and risks in IT projects. • Ensures that technical objectives and functional requirements align in all IT projects. • Builds
