Subject Matter Expert (SME) – Chillers & HVAC Systems Location - Pune Role Summary The Subject Matter Expert (SME) – Chillers is responsible for providing technical expertise and support for HVAC and chiller projects across India. The role plays a critical part in project execution, technical documentation, design reviews, pre-commissioning, commissioning, troubleshooting, and customer support activities. The SME acts as a trusted technical advisor to internal teams, customers, contractors, and service personnel to ensure successful project delivery and optimal chiller system performance. Key Responsibilities Technical Support & Project Execution Provide technical support for HVAC and chiller projects from project initiation through handover. Review project specifications, drawings, submittals, and engineering documents. Support project teams in chiller selection, system integration, and application engineering. Assist field teams in addressing technical challenges during installation and execution phases. Coordinate with sales, engineering, operations, service, and customer teams for project success. Documentation & Engineering Support Prepare and review technical documentation including: Method StatementsCommissioning PlansTechnical SubmittalsAs-built DocumentationInspection and Test Plans (ITP)Installation GuidelinesOperation & Maintenance Manuals Maintain project records and ensure compliance with customer and company requirements. Support technical bid documentation and project closeout documentation.
