The Impact You'll Make 本岗位负责工厂MES系统的日常运维、用户支持、系统优化及项目实施，确保生产执行系统稳定运行，支持生产制造、质量管理、设备集成和数据分析需求，推动工厂数字化与智能制造建设 专注利用AI技术解决生产、品质、测试、办公流程中的实际痛点。负责工厂AI模型的调试、部署、优化与维护，将AI能力深度导入制造现场，实现测试失效智能分析、视觉缺陷检测、流程自动化等功能，持续提升效率，实现生产环节提质、增效、降本，为工厂智能化升级提供核心技术支撑。 What You’ll Be Doing 1.工厂制造系统维护 熟悉工厂制造系统MES的流程，负责负责MES系统日常监控、维护和故障处理，解决生产现场MES相关问题，确保生产正常运行；分析并处理系统异常、数据异常及接口故障处理。确保生产执行系统稳定运行，支持生产制造、质量管理、设备集成和数据分析需求，推动工厂数字化与智能制造建设。 2.制造场景AI落地应用    针对工厂产品测试，外观质检、设备故障预测、生产参数智能调优、能耗智能管控等场景，利用AI模型，实现故障原因智能归纳、不良趋势预判，或配合供应商完成AI模型部署、现场调试、场景适配工作     对生产制造数据、测试数据进行清洗、归类，利用AI工具进行智能分析，输出分析结论，趋势，减少工程师重复统计工作。 3. 工厂AI助手&低代码AI应用开发 使用 Microsoft Copilot Studio，搭建工厂AI专属智能体，包括问答机器人、流程助手、工艺知识库AI等。 独立搭建、调试、发布工厂自研AI应用，针对产线痛点定制AI工具、自动分析脚本、智能报表、异常预警工具。 What We're Looking For 学历专业：本科及以上学历，自动化、计算机科学、机器学习、工业智能等相关专业。 技能要求 - 3年以上工厂MES经验。 - 熟悉制造业系统，数据流。有一定开发能力。 - 具备AI应用能力：能基于现有大模型接口、低代码平台、脚本工具，开发工厂实用小AI系统。 - 了解Python、数据分析、图像识别、数据处理优先。 素质要求 - 懂制造业逻辑：理解生产制造数据流程，产线、测试、品质、失效分析流程，能够结合现场痛点做落地方案。 - 擅长发现问题、拆解流程、能将人工工作转化为AI自动化。 - 务实、落地导向，愿意长期扎根工厂做数字化改善。 What You'll Get from Us   We promote from within and support your learning with mentoring, training, and access to global opportunities.
