Join our team as a remote Bilingual Operations Agent (French/English) and play a critical role in helping organizations make confident hiring decisions from the comfort of your home. In this fully remote role, you'll be at the heart of the pre-employment screening process, conducting reference interviews and employment and education verifications that are a critical component of ensuring our clients have the best candidates for their open positions. What You'll Do As a key member of our Operations team, you will: Conduct professional reference interviews on behalf of our clients Contact employers, educational institutions, and references to verify candidate information Review and validate employment and education claims, identifying discrepancies when necessary Handle inbound and outbound calls related to verifications and reference checks Provide exceptional client support and respond to inquiries in both French and English Prepare, proofread, and edit reports to ensure accuracy and quality Deliver completed verification results through our online platform Collaborate with team members to support client needs and service delivery Contribute to special projects and other operational initiatives as required What You Bring We're looking for a motivated professional who is dedicated to accuracy, excellent communication, and delivering outstanding service. Required Qualifications Fluency in both French and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent organizational and time management abilities Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion Strong customer service mindset and interpersonal skills Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team Comfortable navigating multiple software platforms, online systems, and databases Minimum typing speed of 35 words per minute Previous work experience in customer service, administration, operations, or a related field Language Requirement: As our operations serve a global and diverse client base, including both English and French speaking clients, this role requires proficiency in English in addition to French to support accurate communication, consistent service quality, and effective cross‑regional operations. Nice to Have Certificate, diploma, or degree in a related field Background in Human Resources, Business Administration, Criminology, or a related discipline Experience in verification, screening, recruitment, or client services environments Why Join Us?
