Senior Data Engineer / Lead Data Engineer - Snowflake Developer

We are looking for passionate, experienced Data Engineers to join our growing data practice. **Role & Responsibilities:** - Design, develop, and maintain robust data pipelines, data warehouses, and data lakes using **Snowflake** and **DBT (Data Build Tool)**. - Write efficient, complex SQL queries and optimize performance for large-scale data processing. - Build automated data ingestion, transformation, and validation frameworks using **Python**. - Work with cloud platforms (**AWS** or **Azure**) to integrate storage, compute, and serverless data services. - Collaborate with architects, analysts, and stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable data solutions. - Ensure data quality, security, and governance standards across all pipelines. **Mandatory Technical Skills:** - **Data Warehousing & Modeling:** Snowflake (Advanced SQL, Snowpark, performance tuning, clustering, multi-cluster warehouses). - **Transformation & Orchestration:** DBT (Models, tests, documentation, incremental models, macros). - **Programming:** Python (scripting, data manipulation, automation). - **Database & Querying:** Advanced SQL. - **Cloud Platforms:** Hands-on experience in **AWS** (S3, IAM, Lambda, Glue/Redshift) or **Azure** (ADLS Gen2, Azure Data Factory, Databricks). - **Event Date:** **24-October-2026 (Friday) - Chennai - EPAM Systems** - **Interview Mode:** **Face-to-Face (F2F)** - **Important Note:** **Only shortlisted candidates will be called for the face-to-face interview.** If your profile matches the criteria and you are shortlisted, our talent acquisition team will share the exact venue address, reporting time, and slot details via email/call.
