We're looking for a Senior Project Manager to support an enterprise software product suite, ensuring engineering projects are well-organized, execution is predictable, and cross-functional teams stay aligned. You'll translate product roadmaps into actionable plans, improve engineering workflows, and build scalable project and program management processes as the product portfolio grows.
Responsibilities:
Translate product objectives into project plans, milestones, and deliverables. Lead planning meetings, track action items, and drive accountability to keep projects on schedule.
Coordinate the software development lifecycle, ensuring engineering work stays aligned with product priorities and enterprise customer requirements.
Establish and refine standardized project management processes that improve execution, reduce bottlenecks, and increase team efficiency.
Own the configuration and administration of GitLab boards, labels, and issue tracking. Maintain reliable workflows and integrations with external project management tools.
Develop project-level tracking into a scalable program management framework, coordinating dependencies, resources, and timelines across related projects.
Establish clear ownership, reporting, and escalation processes. Identify delivery risks early and drive mitigation plans across Engineering, Product, and Operations.
Provide clear, consistent project updates to technical teams and executives, translating engineering progress and risks into actionable information.
Qualifications:
10+ years of project or program management experience in complex software engineering environments.
Advanced hands-on experience with GitLab boards, labels, and issue tracking, plus experience configuring or managing integrations with external project management tools.
Strong command of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and Jobs to Be Done (JTBD) with the ability to adapt frameworks to different teams and projects. PMP, PRINCE2, CSM, or similar certifications are a plus.
Proven experience standardizing workflows and establishing project or program governance across distributed engineering teams.
Excellent leadership, documentation, and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to translate technical roadmaps into executive-level updates.
A genuine interest in Bitcoin and the future of financial infrastructure.
Experience managing interrelated projects, coordinating dependencies, and prioritizing resources across multiple engineering teams (preferred).
