Job Description Summary:
You may know us as “Coca-Cola,” but our system operates through a complex network of markets, bottling partners, customers, consumers and technology partners across the world.
This role will be a key member of the LATAM Digital Product & Operations organization, responsible for helping shape, evolve and operate a portfolio of regional digital products and solutions across B2C, B2B2C and B2B experiences .
The role will act as a bridge between business needs and digital execution, working closely with Operating Units, bottling partners, global teams, technology teams and external vendors to translate opportunities into clear product priorities, roadmaps and delivery plans.
The successful candidate will combine product management, business understanding and execution discipline , ensuring that regional digital products solve meaningful business problems, deliver measurable value and continue to evolve based on market and user needs.
What You’ll Do for Us
Own and evolve regional digital products across B2C, B2B2C and B2B use cases, helping define product vision, priorities and evolution based on business and user needs.
Develop and manage product roadmaps , balancing strategic priorities, market requirements, technical dependencies, available capacity and business value.
Own and prioritize product backlogs , translating business needs into clear requirements and working with product, design, engineering and delivery teams to drive execution.
Engage with internal customers and markets across LATAM to understand business problems, identify opportunities, gather feedback and translate needs into scalable regional capabilities.
Manage multiple stakeholders across a complex matrix , connecting Operating Units, bottling partners, global teams, technology organizations and other functions around common priorities and outcomes.
Partner with external vendors and technology partners , ensuring clarity of scope, priorities, deliverables, dependencies and expected outcomes.
Drive the full product lifecycle , from opportunity identification and discovery through prioritization, delivery, launch, adoption, continuous improvement and, when appropriate, product rationalization or retirement.
Build business cases and support investment decisions , articulating the problem to solve, value at stake, expected outcomes, costs, dependencies and trade-offs associated with product investments.
Drive product adoption and value realization , defining relevant product and business metrics and using data, user feedback and market insights to guide product evolution.
Identify opportunities to scale and reuse capabilities across LATAM , balancing regional standardization and platform thinking with legitimate local market requirements.
Actively manage trade-offs and dependencies across business priorities, technology constraints, resources and timelines, providing transparency to stakeholders and enabling effective decision-making.
Stay connected to emerging digital, data and AI capabilities , identifying opportunities to strengthen existing products or enable new experiences while ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture, security, privacy and technology standards.

Demonstrated experience managing digital products or platforms through their lifecycle , including discovery, roadmap definition, backlog prioritization, delivery, launch and continuous improvement.
Experience working with B2C, B2B2C and/or B2B digital products , particularly products connecting consumers, customers, partners or commercial ecosystems.
Strong ability to translate business problems into product opportunities and actionable priorities , connecting strategic objectives with technology execution.
Experience managing product roadmaps and backlogs and working with Agile product and engineering teams.
