Senior Product Marketing Manager
We have an opportunity for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to join us in our Warsaw Centre of Excellence, reporting to the Director, Product Marketing. In this pivotal role, you will turn Infoblox’s Agentic Operations product for Network and Security operations - anchored by Infoblox IQ, our AI-driven operations experience - into a coherent, repeatable, cross-portfolio go-to-market and adoption motion.
You will connect capabilities across Infoblox DDI (DNS, DHCP, and IP address management), Threat Defense, Universal Asset Insights, Kentik AI Advisor, and future product domains into a clear story for customers, sellers, and business leaders.
This is a cross-product role spanning networking, security, visibility, and agentic operations. You will own the integrated go-to-market plan and launch strategy while partnering closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing – and you will connect these areas into one clear, measurable portfolio motion.
The role requires fluency in NetOps and/or SecOps and agentic product experiences - not simply familiarity with AI writing tools. AIOps means applying AI to improve the reliability, efficiency, and decision-making of IT and infrastructure operations. You will need to understand how AI-enabled operations move from signal to context to decision to action to outcome; how domain data, operational expertise, evidence, permissions, and human oversight shape the experience; and how to explain those concepts credibly to technical and business buyers.
Be a Contributor - What You’ll Do:
Define and maintain the integrated go-to-market strategy for Infoblox’s AI-driven network and security operations portfolio across DDI, Threat Defense, Universal Asset Insights, the Infoblox network operating system and related platform products, Kentik AI Advisor, and future priority domains
Build the cross-portfolio narrative, use-case architecture, value framework, and domain messaging for AI-driven network and security operations while preserving accurate product boundaries
Coordinate with Product Management, Engineering, and Marketing to validate capabilities, claims, demonstrations, dependencies, and launch readiness, and own integrated launch planning, readiness, and executive reporting for portfolio initiatives
Translate customer, field, and domain-leader needs into differentiated positioning, messaging, solution narratives, value propositions, and prioritized GTM programs
Develop reusable field- and customer-ready assets, including presentations, solution briefs, whitepapers, blogs, customer stories, videos, campaign assets, pitch decks, talk tracks, FAQs, battlecards, and competitive tools
Build and run an early-access-to-general-availability adoption motion that identifies priority accounts, captures validated use cases, develops customer proof, and supports adoption, expansion, and customer value
Enable Sales and Systems Engineering through briefings, training, webinars, customer meetings, analyst engagements, and industry events
Define and track success measures for AI-driven network and security operations, including product accuracy, use-case readiness, launch execution, customer proof, field adoption, early-access-to-general-availability progress, and cross-portfolio impact – and provide clear progress, risk, and post-launch reporting to product, marketing, sales, and executive stakeholders
Use approved enterprise AI tools, to accelerate research, synthesis, content drafting, experimentation, analytics, and problem solving while protecting confidential information and maintaining quality, accuracy, and brand voice
Represent Infoblox with credibility in customer, analyst, executive, field, and industry settings on AI-driven network and security operations, DDI, DNS, networking, security, visibility, and agentic-operations topics
Be Prepared - What you’ll bring:
5+ years of relevant experience in B2B product marketing, product management, solutions marketing, or a related field; equivalent experience and advanced education may be considered consistent with the role level
Demonstrated product-marketing experience for an AI-enabled, AIOps, agentic, observability, cybersecurity, network-intelligence, infrastructure-automation, or comparable technical product in an enterprise B2B or SaaS company
Strong understanding of AI Operations and agentic workflows, including how products move from signal to context to decision to action to outcome, and how evidence, permissions, governance, and human oversight affect trust and adoption
Broad understanding of enterprise networking and infrastructure, including DNS, DHCP, IPAM/DDI, cloud infrastructure, security, visibility, observability, or related technologies
Demonstrated success defining and executing cross-product go-to-market strategy, positioning, messaging, launches, sales enablement, adoption programs, and customer proof for complex technical products
Proven ability to translate AI and technical capabilities into clear buyer value for infrastructure, network, cloud, security, IT, and operations personas
Strong customer, field, analyst, executive, presentation, writing, and storytelling skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts without overclaiming product behavior or availability
Proven ability to influence without authority across Product Management, Engineering, Sales, Systems Engineering, Marketing, and executive stakeholders
Strong analytical and operating discipline, including the ability to define metrics, establish baselines, use customer/product signals, and focus on the few activities that drive the greatest impact
Experience using approved AI tools and workflows responsibly to improve research, content creation, synthesis, experimentation, analytics, and decision support; Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field preferred, with MBA or advanced
