Data Analyst

**Job Summary** We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to collect, process, and analyze data to support business decision-making. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with large datasets, identifying trends, creating reports, and providing actionable insights to improve business performance. **Roles & Responsibilities** - Collect, clean, and validate data from multiple sources. - Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities. - Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations. - Generate daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports. - Work closely with management and business teams to understand reporting requirements. - Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights. - Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all reports. - Perform ad-hoc data analysis based on business requirements. - Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner. - Assist in process improvement initiatives through data-driven analysis. **Required Skills** - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Charts). - Basic understanding of SQL and databases. - Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or other reporting tools is preferred. - Strong attention to detail and accuracy. - Excellent communication and presentation skills. - Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Educational Qualification - Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analytics, Commerce, or a related field. - Freshers with relevant projects, certifications, or internship experience may apply.
