We are committed to deliver with passion, reliability, innovation, discipline and excellence.   Are you ready to join us?   A day in the life of...   Act as the subject matter expert for in-scope processes and market-specific knowledge, ensuring acquisition and cascade of these information to the operations Investigate & resolve process anomalies/ambiguities and escalate to team lead as necessary. Executes validation & prepares control reports for certain critical data/processes Ensures proper documentation of processes with necessary reviews and approvals. Conducts functional training for employees who are new to the operations (i.e. new hires & transfers). Gathers and analyses transaction volumes and other relevant metrics to identify opportunities for process improvements. Other responsibilities as assigned.   What will make you successful   Bachelor's Degree graduate; preferably in Psychology or Human Resource Management With strong customer orientation & exceptional commitment to delivery quality service With good interpersonal skills and can work with minimum supervision Can work in a fast-paced and highly demanding environment  Strong team playerand able to adapt to different levels in the organization Experience from a shared service company At least two years SAP HR/Payroll system experience Able to work on any shift
