Senior Engineering Manager, eCommerce

As the Senior Engineering Manager for eCommerce at Ford Motor Company, you will lead the engineering delivery organization behind Ford.com's vehicle purchase experience. You will oversee Engineering Managers and their Scrum teams building front-end experiences in React and Next.js, driving the technical delivery, talent development, and execution rigor needed for seamless, high-converting purchase journeys. Partnering with Product, Design, Architecture, and Platform teams, you will be accountable for technical delivery excellence, translating business priorities into well-sequenced, high-quality delivery plans while also building your management team's leadership bench strength to shape Ford's industry-leading digital purchase experience.
