The Chief Underwriting Office (“CUO”) reviews debt as well as primary and secondary equity transactions in various forms, and are the gatekeepers to GBM Private’s debt and equity capital committees. The candidate will be a key member of the EMEA CUO team in London and be appointed as EMEA secretary for Firmwide Commitments Committee, GS’ equity capital committee within GBM Private. They will be a key part of the approval process chaperoning deal teams from mandate to execution.
